Built for people, not bots
Applyd is a job-application copilot with one rule under everything it does: it handles the busywork, and you make every decision — from which jobs are worth it to the click that sends the application.
Take the busywork out of applying for jobs — without taking the person out of it.
A good application takes real thought: reading the posting closely, choosing which parts of your experience matter, and saying them in the employer's language. Much of the rest is busywork — rewriting the same bullets, retyping the same history, keeping a spreadsheet up to date.
Applyd does the busywork and leaves the judgment with you. It works only from your real experience, sits next to the job sites you already use, and stops before the submit button. Every application is still yours.

Five promises, built into the product
Principles are easy to write down. Here's what each of ours means — and exactly how Applyd holds to it.
01
You always click submit
Applyd prepares the application and stops. The final decision — and the click that sends it — is yours on every form, every time.
How Applyd enforces it
- Every click the extension makes goes through a guard that refuses submit buttons and blocks any form submission those clicks could trigger.
- On Workday it fills each step but never presses “Save and Continue” for you.
- Drafted answers to custom questions wait in the side panel until you edit and insert them.
02
Never invent experience
A resume is a promise you'll be asked about in an interview. Applyd only works with what you've actually done.
How Applyd enforces it
- Employers, titles, dates, degrees, schools and certifications are copied from your profile — the AI never retypes them.
- A check removes numbers that aren't in your profile and skills you haven't listed or clearly used, and restores your original bullet.
- Gaps are shown to you as missing keywords, so you decide what to do about them.
03
Your data is yours
Your resume is personal. It stays private to your account, it's never sold, and you can take it with you or delete it.
How Applyd enforces it
- Row-level security scopes every database query to your account; files live in a private bucket under your user ID.
- Self-identification answers default to “Prefer not to say” and are only stored with your explicit consent.
- Export everything or delete your account from Settings, any time.
04
Honest pricing
Every limit is a number on the pricing page. No “unlimited” with a fair-use clause hiding underneath it.
How Applyd enforces it
- Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only in volume: 5, 25, 50 or 120 tailored applications a month.
- Match scores, autofill, the answer bank and the tracker don't use your allowance.
- Top-ups (+20 for $9) never expire. Cancel any time and keep your plan to the end of the period you paid for.
05
Work where people already apply
Nobody needs another job board. Applyd sits next to the posting you're already looking at.
How Applyd enforces it
- Dedicated support for LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday, plus a generic mode for most career pages.
- Autofill reads form labels in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch.
- Can't detect a posting? Highlight it, right-click and choose “Use as job description”.
AI writes the words. Rules guard the facts.
The model is good at language and bad at knowing what you've done. So Applyd lets it do the first part and never the second.
- 1
Your profile is the source
Employers, titles, dates, degrees and certifications are copied from your profile by reference. The model never retypes them.
- 2
Claude drafts the words
Anthropic's Claude, through its API, reorders and rephrases your experience for the posting. Text from job pages is treated as data, kept apart from instructions.
- 3
Checks remove what isn't yours
Numbers missing from your profile and skills you don't have are flagged. After one retry, anything still failing is removed and your original bullet restored.
- 4
A person has the final word
You. Every document opens in an editor, autofilled fields are highlighted for review, and nothing is sent until you click submit.
No training on your data
We use Anthropic's API, which doesn't use your inputs or outputs to train models. We never sell your data.
Sensitive answers stay out
Self-identification answers — gender, race, veteran and disability status — are left out of the prompts that write your documents.
Tested against traps
Our evaluation set pairs fictional profiles with jobs that ask for skills the person doesn't have. A correct result never claims them.
Some features, never
A few ideas would make Applyd look busier and job hunting worse — for you and for the people reading your applications. These are off the roadmap, on purpose.
No auto-apply bots
Applyd will never submit an application on your behalf. Every one goes out after your review, with your click.
No mass submission
Each application is tailored to one posting and filled one form at a time. Speed comes from less busywork, not from spraying.
No fake reviews
No invented testimonials, ratings, user counts or company logos on this site. If we ever quote someone, they'll be real.
No selling your data
We don't sell your data, use ad trackers, or use your data for advertising — and the AI provider we use doesn't train on it.
