Install and connect the Chrome extension

The extension runs in Google Chrome and other Chromium browsers (Microsoft Edge, Brave, Arc) on a laptop or desktop computer. It isn't available on phones.

Install

1. Open the Applyd listing in the Chrome Web Store and click “Add to Chrome”.
2. Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin Applyd so it's always one click away.

Connect your account

1. Click the Applyd icon to open the side panel.
2. Click “Connect account”. A tab opens on applyd — sign in if asked.
3. Click “Connect extension”. You'll see “Connected!” and can close the tab.

The extension gets its own secure session, separate from your browser tab. Signing out of the website doesn't disconnect the extension; use “Disconnect” in the side panel for that.

If connecting fails

• Make sure you opened the connect page from the side panel (it includes the extension's ID).
• Disable other extensions that block scripts on applyd, then try again.
• Reload the extension at chrome://extensions and click Connect account again.
