Your data: export and deletion

Your resume, profile and documents are private to your account. We never sell your data, and AI providers we use don't train on it.

Export your data

1. Open Settings in the dashboard.
2. Click “Export my data”. You'll get a JSON file with your profile, jobs, applications, documents list and answers.

Delete your account

1. Open Settings → Delete account.
2. Type your email to confirm.
3. Your subscription is cancelled, your files are deleted and your account is removed. This can't be undone.

Self-identification answers

Questions about gender, race, veteran or disability status are optional. Applyd only stores your answers if you explicitly consent in your profile; otherwise it always answers “Prefer not to say”. You can withdraw consent at any time.
